- This cream is truly amazing!!! After constantly being given prescriptions for steroid creams from the docs that never actually fixed the problem anyway and weren't even designed for precious baby skin, I bought this and wow I will never look back! I used it multiple times a day and the Eczema was clearing within hours, now I use it after each bath and there is virtually no Eczema present on my little one!
